Direct Export from REDCap to LabArchives

Scientific Abstract

Mass General Brigham developers, using the LabArchives API, have created a REDCap External Module to enable direct export of REDCap reports directly into the specified LabArchives notebook without leaving REDCap.

Lay Abstract

REDCap users can export a report from REDCap into their LabArchives notebook by clicking a button in REDCap, choosing the notebook, and clicking an upload button.

Clinical Implications

Easier to comply with MGB Research Integrity and data retention policies, as well as the upcoming NIH Data Sharing policy.
